Think Like a Leader

A two-day exploration of what it means to lead.

If you’re ready to challenge the conventions of leadership and culture, we’re here to show you how a brand-new approach can transform your organization, and pave the way to Continuous Improvement. These aren’t just words: it’s a process we’ve used on more than 80 acquisitions in 20 years. So it works. And it can work for you.

This interactive, two-day course will change the way you think about leadership – and give you real tools you can bring back to your organization to affect real changes in the way people live and work.

  • Inspired to lead.

I also want to take a moment and thank all of you for what was simply a wonderful and eminently useful experience for me in Beyond Benchmarking. If you see a tall guy in a future class wearing what looks like a fake moustache, tug on it, because it is probably just me wearing a disguise so I can experience the class all over again. It was every bit that good.
