Uncover and express your organization’s purpose.

Discover Your Why

A two-day workshop to discover your purpose and share it with your organization.

Why does your organization exist? Why do you do what you do? Surprisingly enough, these are questions question not many people can answer easily.

It’s not about making money. That is, of course, a result. Your why is deeper. It’s your underlying purpose, your very reason for being. Sound like fluff? It’s not, and in this two-day workshop, we’ll show you why. We’ll work with your team to get to the heart of the matter, and then bring it all to life within your organization.

Here's What to Expect

This engaging, interactive workshop will lead your team through a series of exercises to find what’s driving them. It’s quite a journey, with an exploration of your organization’s contribution to the world and its impact – and how these concepts relate.

From there, we’ll help you distill your ideas into succinct language. We’ll even give you guidance on how to use these guiding statements as filters for both internal and external decision making.

That’s a lot for one day. But the second day is where you can see it fall into place. We’ll help you put your new language into action. This is how we keep your “Why” from being a forgettable plaque on the wall, or rote language on the back of a business card.

The goal is to help everyone feel ownership of your organization’s purpose, so they can fulfill it every day.

Day 1

8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Day 2

8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Here are the questions we’ll help you answer:

Let’s talk.

What’s my organization’s “why”?

Why you do what you do is much more important than what you do.

How does my “why” affect my culture?

It gives a human touch to everything you do – internally and externally.

How do I share it with my employees?

Giving everyone a voice is the most important step.

How do I apply it to the work we do every day?

It’s a great way to measure the success of everything you do.
